A simple patient path

How Dental Care Requests Work

Learn what happens after you request a dental appointment and how your visit is arranged.

The process is intentionally short. Medical histories, X-rays, photos, insurance cards, and payment information belong in the dental practice's approved systems—not the first marketing form.

1. Choose a starting point

Select routine care, urgent care, cosmetic care, implants or missing teeth, or another listed service.

2. Send a minimal request

Provide your name, contact preference, ZIP code, general service category, and timing. Do not submit medical details.

3. We follow up and arrange the visit

We contact you by the method you chose, confirm what you need, and work to arrange the appointment with a Vermont dental practice. That practice then handles clinical intake, insurance questions, and any fees.

4. Meet the dentist

A licensed dentist performs the examination and determines diagnosis, candidacy, alternatives, treatment, and price.

Common questions

What people ask before scheduling

How quickly will I hear back?

We follow up during working hours. This form is not monitored continuously and does not guarantee a same-day appointment. For anything life-threatening, call 911.

What if I put the wrong service category?

It is not a problem. The categories exist to point the conversation in the right direction, and we confirm what you actually need during follow-up.

Do I have to go ahead with treatment?

No. Requesting an appointment carries no obligation, and neither does attending a consultation. Any treatment decision is made between you and the dentist after an examination.

What should I not put in the form?

Medical history, medications, photographs, X-rays, insurance card details, Social Security numbers and payment information. Clinical intake happens through the dental practice's own secure process.
